It is best known for treating back and neck pain and associated conditions such as nerve impingements, but is also effective in treating other conditions including headaches, arthritis, sports and other injuries and can be useful in alleviating musculoskeletal discomfort during pregnancy and preparing the body for birth.
Sports and Remedial massage can be used to help with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions related to sports, occupation, or the stresses and strains on the body of your day to day life. It can be used to help the healing process following injury or chronic strains on the body, to support an intensive training schedule, to help the body recover from exercise, or to aid relaxation.
Kirstie is based at Back to Health on Wednesdays from 3pm – 8pm. Please call the practice for further information.
